We are currently hiring for an administrative assistant!

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 


  • Update and coordinate company calendars

  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings and trainings

  • Office supply runs

  • Organize company events and Grand Opening parties

  • Manage office-to-office paperwork transfer

  • Create weekly internal newsletter

  • Organize Google Drive

  • Assist with construction paperwork-Type Subcontracts, organize Submittals and Selection Logs, organize Start-Up Meetings and initial Sub Meeting, drive schedule

  • Take job completion photos

  • Assist with Sub contact list

  • Other Admin tasks assigned by management


  • Background Check required

  • Valid Driver's License (Some travel required)

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Part-Time position with Full-Time and Benefits potential.

$12-15/hour dependent upon experience.
